- Cancellations by You: You must notify us at least 7 days before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. Attendance and Certification
- Attendees must arrive on time and complete the entire training session to receive certification.
- Late arrivals or failure to attend may result in non-certification and no refund.
- Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course and are valid for 1 year unless otherwise stated.
6. Health and Safety
- Delegates must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their participation in practical training.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a delegate’s health and safety, or that of others, may be at risk.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course materials provided by GA Healthcare Training remain our property and are protected by copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without prior written consent.
8. Liability
- While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that course content will always meet individual needs.
- GA Healthcare Training is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from attendance at our training sessions unless caused by our negligence.
